Description

The following services shall be provided in 2 time limited construction stages:1) Construction stage/BA 1: 5.11.2019-30.11.2019;2) Construction stage/BA 2: 1.12.2019-31.3.2020 (optional):- the construction site equipment (BE) and equipment for occupational health and safety, tree protection on trees that remain,- bushes and shrubs in the area of the heaps, ramparts and open areas claimed by the BE are to be cleared, trees if necessary. to fall and to recycle the resulting material,- to collect waste lying loosely on the ground (small heaps),- to clear out and core the buildings,- to remove pollutants from the buildings (KMF, asbestos),- to selectively dismantle the hall/workshop with porch including the foundation surface sealing (with the exception of the central road)supply and disposal pipes incl. the central road loading, transport and disposal of all hazardous and non-hazardous waste of the HW 01-HW 18, the stored car parts, bulky waste, reinforced concrete slabs distributed in the terrain, the container with contents containing oil or solvents, as well as demolition masses from the dismantling of buildings and the unsealing of surfaces,- collection, loading, transport and disposal of waste on the unpaved surfaces up to max. 2.0 m u GOK (sieve bucket required),- sampling of unsealed, cleared areas and filling layers according to BBodSchV, sampling of suspected areas below workshop and pit, execution of pile driving core soundings within the buildings in the southern area of the property up to 2 m below GOK, incl. sampling and analysis,- clearing of the construction site.
