This publication does not constitute the award of a public contract within the meaning of Section 103 of the ARC or of public procurement law. In order to ensure the greatest possible degree of transparency for the intended conclusion of contracts, the publication is made in the Supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union. In the absence of a corresponding publication form, the contract notice is used. The resulting conceptual specifications, such as the procedural designation "open procedure", are solely due to the use of this publication form and the publication platform. The AOK Saxony-Anhalt - Die Gesundheitskasse - is looking for cooperation partners/service providers throughout the state to implement special AOK courses in the field of relaxation within the framework of a so-called "open-house model". All suitable and interested cooperation partners/service providers are offered the opportunity to conclude or join an agreement on services for behaviour-related prevention in accordance with § 20 Para. 4 No. 1, 5 SGB V in the field of relaxation, subject to uniform contractual conditions and a uniform access procedure. Interested cooperation partners/service providers can request the participation documents as well as the respective agreement from the contact address mentioned under I.3). The prerequisite for the conclusion of the agreement is that the interested cooperation partner/service provider is certified in the field of action of relaxation by the Central Prevention Testing Unit, the requested participation documents are completed in full and have been signed.The accession or the conclusion of the contract can take place at any time and under the same conditions. The contract period is a maximum of 16 months, the earliest contract start date is 1.9.2021. All contracts end on 31.12.2022 at the latest, regardless of the date of the respective contract conclusion. Joining or concluding a contract can take place at any time within the 16-month period.The effectiveness of the conclusion of the contract is subject to training/instruction by the AOK Saxony-Anhalt.
Health promotion and prevention offers within the framework of § 20 SGB V are intended to help prevent the risk of illness as early as possible, to strengthen health potential and resources and to provide suggestions for a health-conscious life in everyday life. Physical exercise and relaxation are among the central factors in maintaining health. Physical relaxation is therefore an indispensable component of preventive health care.The service is aimed at groups in a specific living environment (setting); in this case, at insured persons aged 18 and over. Participation is available to all insured persons of the AOK-Sachsen-Anhalt, provided that their own prevention budget has not yet been exhausted.The course AOK- Hatha Yoga is to be offered state-wide and according to capacity. The aim is the reduction of psychological and physical states of tension.The basis for action is the "Leitfaden Prävention. Handlungsfelder und Kriterien nach § 20 Abs. 2 SGB V vom 21.6.2000 in der Fassung vom 1.10.2018" (Guide) represents the basis for action.
