Framework contract: Consultancy for the introduction and implementation of new working environments.
The Munich City Council decided to introduce a new activity-based workplace concept with the resolution of the plenary assembly on 24.7.2019. In this draft resolution, the municipal department was commissioned to implement the pilot project Roßmarkt 3 and to provide new, non-territorial office space concepts for all future new administrative buildings and the redevelopment project Herzog-Wilhelm-Straße 11. The municipal department was also commissioned to develop a detailed design manual for the new office space concepts. In this context, in addition to all other administrative units, the special requirements and the implementation of new office space concepts for a social citizens' house are to be worked out. The assignment includes the development of a detailed design handbook as a basic planning, standardization and action guideline for future projects and the consulting for the implementation of new office space concepts in the pilot project Roßmarkt 3.
