Description
Evaluation of the Child Education Act NRW (KiBiz).
The main service is the review of the financing of child day care in the sense of § 55 paragraph 5 KiBiz as well as the analysis of the effects of the financing with regard to the plurality of providers. In addition, the development and effect of the extrapolation rate in accordance with § 37 KiBiz, including the relationship between personnel and material costs, § 37 Para. 3 KiBiz, is to be analysed.the results are to be presented in an interim and a final report which deals with all of the test items listed in § 55 Para. 5 KiBiz.details of the components of the service to be provided are to be found in the service description.
