Description

On behalf of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), GIZ is implementing the programme "Africa Cloud - innovative e-learning offers for African leaps in development" with the aim of ensuring that innovative digital knowledge and learning offers reach people from different educational backgrounds in selected partner countries in Africa more effectively and on a broad scale. The project's digital platform atingi.org focuses on the open dissemination of high-quality methods and offers of digital learning and the use of innovative technologies. It aims at their worldwide dissemination by building a global knowledge and learning platform and their use by regional and local partners and networks (especially on the African continent).
The services to be awarded are consulting, conception, moderation and coaching services, both in presence and virtual, as well as professional and technical support in the testing of innovative technical solutions in the core concern of the project, digital learning in the African region. Within the framework of the provision of services, courses are also developed to a lesser extent by the CO in cooperation with partners in accordance with the standards of the Educational Guidelines. Therefore, editorial and technical services, in particular the graphic and multimedia production of Web Based Trainings (WBTs), are a further object of the award. The contract period is expected to be from 8/2020 - 12/2021.
