Caretaker services RIM Bremen/Bremerhaven for Jobcenter
The aim of the tender is to conclude a contract for the provision of janitorial services for the Jobcenter Landkreis Lüneburg.2-The service buildings are to give an orderly, well-kept and clean impression.The Job Centre staff are to be relieved of all work that does not directly serve the completion of operational tasks, but rather the operation of the building and its technical systems or that is connected with the establishment and maintenance of the Job Centre's ability to function as an operating facility.The care of the service buildings is to be ensured on request on weekdays from Monday to Friday in the time from 06:00 to 20:00. The request shall be made at least 2 working days in advance.In individual cases, however, supervision times on Saturdays are also possible.The day of supervision as well as the exact times shall be agreed with the Employer on site.If further supervision times are to be covered, a separate written order shall be placed by the Employer (optional position/call service) with a lead time of 3 working days.
