The services must allow in particular:- to ensure the maintenance of level 1 of all audiovisual equipment- to identify the needs of customers and advise them- to ensure the smooth running of the event and the good condition of the rooms- to ensure that all customer requests are met (furniture, room configuration ...Organize, plan and follow up on the operational aspects of the events. Manage the technical aspects of digital meetings with or without voice and video recording, with streaming, video-conferencing, "chats", internal teleconferences and meeting reports. The service provider will propose an organization and a definition of tasks aiming at the optimization of resources and a control of costs.
The services must allow in particular:- to identify the needs of the customers and to advise them- to take care of the good progress of the event and of the good state of the rooms- to make sure that the whole of the requests of the customers are respected (furniture, configuration of room...) - to organize, plan and make the operational follow-up of the events The contractor will take care to propose an organization and a definition of the tasks aiming at the optimization of the resources and a control of the costs The services must allow in particular:- ensure the level 1 maintenance of all audiovisual equipment,- identify the needs of clients and advise them,- ensure the smooth running of the event and the good condition of the rooms,- ensure the technical management of digital meetings with or without speech management and video capture, with streaming, video-conferencing, "chats", internal teleconferences and meeting minutes.The service provider will propose an organization and a definition of the tasks aiming at the optimization of the resources and at a control of the costs.
