Description

The client awards the contract for the recycling of waste paper (PPK) from the municipalities of the Darmstadt-Dieburg district. The Contractor shall be responsible for taking over the collected waste paper (PPC) at the transhipment facility of the Uniroh GmbH branch DarmstadtPallaswiesenstraße 20664293 Darmstadt as well as for transporting the waste paper (PPC) to a recycling plant to be designated by the Contractor and for recycling the waste paper (PPC). Collection and transhipment are not part of the tendered contract. Approx. 16,280 Mg of waste paper (excl. packaging) per year are to be recycled, and a security i. H. v. 2.5 % of the net order value, based on the basic contract term without renewal option, which must be submitted at least one week before the start of the service 3. For the calculation of the safety performance, the quantities and prices stated in the price sheets are standard. The expenses and any refunds are multiplied by the respective quantity structure and then added as positive summands and related to the term in years.Contractor shall pay a contractual penalty in the amount of one percent of the net order value for each culpable breach of an obligation resulting from the declaration of obligation to adhere to rates and minimum charges. The total contractual penalty shall be limited to 5% of the net order value.
