Italy - Services related to municipal and household waste

Description

The services covered by the contract, to be carried out in the manner specified in detail and analytically in the "Technical Report" of the project based on the tender, are the following: - mechanical and manual road sweeping, - mowing of grasses and shrubs and mechanical and manual weeding within the road border, - separate collection and related transport of solid urban and special waste from civil settlements in general, as well as from industrial, commercial, craft and service activities within the territory concerned, with the home and door-to-door system of the following types of materials:1) organic fraction; 2) paperboard; 3) plastic and plastic packaging and cans (aluminium, iron and steel packaging); 4) glass; 5) non-recyclable dry waste (undifferentiated); 6) collection and transport of bulky waste with on-call service via toll-free number; 7) collection and transport of green waste to households;8) WEEE waste electrical and electronic equipment with on-call service via toll-free number;9) collection and transport to the municipal eco-centre of the different fractions of hazardous municipal waste (RUP), batteries, pharmaceuticals from households and similar to non-household municipal waste;10) abandoned waste and removal of illegal landfills in the territory concerned including fractions;11) cleaning in case of events;12) collection and transport of waste separately from market areas;13) assumptions of collection frequencies eco calendar;14) management, including the supply and handling of containers and other materials necessary for the proper functioning of the municipal eco-center located in Monte Flaminio, via Piana Perina 16-18, and expansion works.They are also included in the award of the contract:- supply of bags for collection and distribution as specified below,- operational headquarters, storage of vehicles and equipment, personnel and call center (toll-free number),- mini ecological islands controlled,- emergency team - ecological operator in the neighborhood,- removal of syringes,- clearing snow and salt spreading,- cleaning fountains and fountains,- direct collection of waste at the municipal cemetery,- dog droppings,- removal of carrion animals;- emptying and cleaning of waste bins,- cleaning of roadside drains,- management of Community compost bins (cf. The administration reserves the right to change the type, method and timing of the services at any time, without the contractor being able to oppose the decision. It should be noted that the contract is not divided into lots as the services covered by this contract must be provided by a single economic operator.
