The subject of the contract is: a service consisting in drilling the August 23, 55, 61, Brelików 19, 45, 68, 71, 116, Emilia 14, Gorlice 2, 8, Gubernia 2, Księżpol 10, Leszczowate 46, Nosówka 10K, Paszowa 15, Przemyśl 213, Ropienka 97, Stężyca 9 on hydrocarbon fields for PGNiG SA, Sanok Branch, with all necessary works necessary to perform the task.The customer requires that the work be carried out simultaneously with five devices on five boreholes.... Due to the specific nature of the contract, the Contracting Authority depends on the liquidation of all the indicated wells by one selected Contractor. For this reason, it has not introduced a division of the contract and does not allow for the possibility of submitting a partial offer. The contractor selected to perform the contract must have, for the duration of the contract, a civil liability insurance policy in the scope of business activity conducted for a minimum amount of PLN 2,000,000.00. The detailed scope and description of the subject of the contract, the manner and conditions of its performance and the requirements of the Ordering Party are presented in the appendices No. 1.1 - 1.19 to the ToR.
