Description

The subject of the contract is a service consisting in the performance of maintenance and exploitation activities together with the provision of chemicals for the organizational units of PGNiG SA, Zielona Góra Branch. The detailed scope of maintenance and exploitation activities is presented in Appendix 1 to the draft Agreement - Technical Specification, which is attached as Appendix 4 to the ToR.Due to the specific nature of the contract, before submitting a tender, it is necessary to carry out laboratory and field tests of chemical agents selected by the Contractor. The Contractor interested in participating in the procedure is obliged to submit, by 09.08.2019 at the latest, a Declaration on participation in the procedure of testing chemical agents on the principles described in Annex A to the ToR - Test Procedure. Before submitting a bid, the Economic Operator shall be obliged to conduct a site visit, as provided for by the Contracting Authority, during which it shall take its own samples in order to select appropriate chemical agents.
