Description

The purpose of this contract is to carry out an inventory and technical evaluation of the infrastructures and to draw up a strategic plan for the management of the port assets of Saint-Gilles les Bains (97434) The mission is divided into three parts: - part 1: inventory and evaluation of port facilities:- part 1: inventory and evaluation prior to the investigation campaign,- part 2: carrying out additional investigations,- part 2: analysis of flows and activities,- part 3: definition of a strategic asset management plan.The services of the missions of stage 1 of part 1, parts 2 and 3 will be carried out at a global and fixed price; the services of the missions of part 1, part 2 will be carried out on purchase orders without minimum but with a maximum value of 90 000 EUR excluding VAT for the total duration of the contract; the details of the services to be carried out are described in the Cahier des clauses techniques particulières (CCTP).
