Description

The sewage pressure lines (ADL) Bln III R IV and Bln VII R I were built at the end of the 19th century and drain as transport lines to the Stahnsdorf sewage treatment plant (KW). Between the switching point 169 (Berliner Straße, Großbeeren) and the Stahnsdorf power station (approx. 5 500 m) the renewal/expansion is to be carried out as a double pressure line (2x DN1200).Subject of this tender are the services area planning (landscape planning), object planning (outdoor facilities (optional) and civil engineering structures), technical planning (structural design and technical equipment) as well as special services (concept of measures, technical contribution according to species protection law, inventory/mapping (partly optional), environmental construction supervision (optional), preparation for awarding of contracts, subsoil investigation/geotechnical report and local construction supervision (optional)).
The services to be provided under the contract include the services listed under II.1.4) described planning services:- according to HOAI 2013 Part 2, area planning, Section 2 Landscape planning, work phases 1-4;- according to HOAI 2103, Part 3, object planning Section 2 Outdoor facilities, work phases 2-8 (optional);- according to HOAI 2013 Part 3, object planning Section 3 Engineering structures, work phases 1-6;- according to HOAI 2013 Part 4, sectoral planning Section 1 Structural design, work phases 1-3 and 6;- according to HOAI 2013 part 4, sectoral planning section 2 technical equipment, work phases 1-6 and 8;- as well as special services (concept of measures, technical contribution in terms of species protection law, inventory/mapping (partly optional), environmental construction supervision (optional), preparation for awarding of contracts, subsoil investigation/geotechnical report and local construction supervision (optional)).
