The city of Landsberg am Lech is planning the renovation of the Neues Stadtmuseum in Von-Helfenstein-Gasse 426 in Landsberg am Lech.the building, which dates from 1693, was an outpost of the former monastery complex and characterises the city silhouette of Landsberg.the building has a gross floor area (GFA) of 1,625 m2, a usable floor area (NUF) of approx. The building with a gross floor area (GFA) of 1,625 m2, a usable floor space (NUF) of approx. 1,200 m2 as well as a gross room volume of 5,688 m3 is a listed building.during the refurbishment, the property will be vacant. Renovation and partly new location of the sanitary facilities;- fire protection renovation measures (mainly in the area of the doors);- renewal of the complete building services;- partly roof renovation;- currently, construction costs (KG 300 + 400, DIN 276) are estimated at approx. 4.5 million EUR gross.an overall structural completion of the measure is planned for August 2024.For the redevelopment of the New City Museum, the services of the technical equipment, plant groups 1 (sewage, water and gas plants), 2 (heat supply plants), 3 (air-technical plants), 7 (use-specific plants) and 8 (building automation), work phases 1 to 9 according to §§ 53 ff. HOAI.the services are commissioned in stages.firstly, work phases 1 and 2 (basic evaluation and preliminary planning) are commissioned in contract stage 1 in accordance with § 55 HOAI. The work phases 3-9 will be called off step by step in the further assignment stages. There is no legal entitlement to a complete assignment.
