Description

Within the scope of the award of the engineering services, the planning services in the trades of engineering structures and traffic facilities for subsequent civil engineering measures of the city of Steinbach (Taunus) are to be provided. These are part of different support measures. The time of the planning and the planned construction are given in brackets.1) Renewal and redesign of "Berliner Straße" between "Bahnstraße" and connecting street to "Industriestraße". (planning 2019/execution 2020).2) Renewal and redesign of the "Untergasse" between house no. 5 and "Wiesenstraße". (Planning + start of execution 2019). In this case, the services of LP 3 in the traffic facilities trade and LP 5 in the area of the planned sewer rehabilitation measure are already available at the beginning of the planned planning work.3) Renewal and redesign of the "Herzbergstraße" (planning 2020/construction 2021)4) Renovation and extension of the "Waldstraße" incl. construction of a bus turning facility with barrier-free bus stop (planning 2019/construction 2020).5) Sectional extension of the "Nicolaiweg" incl. creation of a flood basin (planning + start of construction 2019).6) Creation of several retention basins in the area of the "Waldstraße" (planning 2019 / construction 2020).7) Renewal and redesign of the "Taunusstraße" (planning 2021/construction 2022).8) Renewal and redesign of the "Hohemarkstraße" (planning 2021/construction 2022).9) Renewal and redesign of the street "Am alten See" (planning 2021/construction 2022).10) Barrier-free extension of both direction stops "Staufenstraße" in the "Kronberger Straße" together with the creation of a mini roundabout at the intersection "Kronberger Straße"/"Staufenstraße"/"Königsteiner Straße" (planning 2019+2020 / construction 2021).11) Expansion of further bus shelters in the urban area (planning 2020 / construction 2021).12) Construction of the forecourt of the Catholic KiTa in the "Waldstraße" (planning 2019 / construction 2020).1-3 + 5-6 according to § 43 and § 47 according to HOAI 2013 as well as the local construction supervision according to Annexes 12 and 13 according to HOAI 2013 are to be provided as a rule for the measures. Furthermore, parts of the main sewer are to be rehabilitated/renewed by means of pipe lining and parts in open construction. The connecting cables are to be replaced almost completely in open construction. With the exception of the measure in the "Waldstraße" (high rise construction), the road must be completely renewed. As a special service, route sum plans with all existing and planned supply lines as well as as-built plans in the drainage trade in the area of sewer renewal are to be drawn up. The underlying inventory surveys and sewer inspections are handed over to the contractor, as are the associated soil appraisals. Detailed descriptions of the individual measures will be made available in the second evaluation stage to the remaining bidders after the reduction in the number of candidates.
