Description

The city of Puchheim intends the general renovation with reconstruction and extension of the Laurenzer primary school in Puchheim-Ort. a part of the existing buildings, i.e. the existing gymnasium with adjoining rooms and caretaker flat are demolished. the past supply takes place by an existing gas boiler plant. a possible replacement of this gas boiler plant by a Blockheizkraftwerk (BHKW) is to be examined. Furthermore, it has to be investigated whether the ventilation system of the existing gymnasium is suitable for the planned Laurenz primary school. A central task will be to find a suitable ventilation system, in which the previously single class elementary school will be extended by a train, i.e. 4 classes including adjoining rooms. In addition, a 2-group crèche is to be accommodated in this extension. Instead of the existing gymnasium, one exercise room is sufficient, as the adjacent 2 ½ gymnasium will be used for sports lessons. The existing building will be accessible to all as part of the connection with the new building. A feasibility study with a comparison of variants and costs has been carried out, and the basic planning objectives have been clarified. The primary school and crèche are to be supplied via a cafeteria with a catering kitchen. The kitchen planning will be outsourced to an external planner. The teaching area will be divided into clusters with a common usable space in the middle. The building to be demolished is polluted. The deconstruction and the subsequent demolition is part of the contract. During the construction work, the school lessons will be accommodated in a temporary room cell. The services of the planning of the room cell provisional buildings is a special service of the architect. the existing building consists of UG, EG and 1st floor. In the general renovation, it is assumed that the building services of the existing building will have to be almost completely renewed. The supporting structure of the existing building is a skeleton structure with a curtain-type facade or infills.EnEV proof and fire protection proof are not included in the scope of planning, these are provided by third parties.The space available on the site is extremely limited and the project is to be promoted with FAG subsidies from the Free State of Bavaria for the services of HLS planning, plant groups 1-3 and 8, LPH 1-3 and 5-9 §§ 53, 55 HOAI.
