For this purpose, the construction of a new building at the location of the 2nd BA New Building for Surgery is to be examined.1. large variant: outsourcing of bed-guiding clinics Eye, ENT and MCS (NUF approx. 10 600 m2);2. small variant: outsourcing of bed-guiding clinics ENT and MCS (NUF approx. 7 400 m2).in order to ensure a high degree of flexibility for subsequent use, the design as a modular construction is also to be examined in comparison to a conventional solid construction in order to optimise the concept. Within the framework of the preliminary planning, the hybrid construction (both underground floors solid, from ground floor on modular construction) as an alternative execution system for both planning variants must therefore be examined. The large variant also provides a connection to the park with a bridge for pedestrians and cyclists. Engineering services according to part 4 section 1 HOAI, work phases 1 to 6 according to § 51 HOAI as well as special services of work phases 1 to 9.two planning variants are to be worked out in the course of the preliminary planning ("large variant"; "small variant"). Both planning variants are to be developed as conventional solid construction as well as hybrid construction and compared. For both planning and system variants, a feasibility study was prepared on the basis of a preliminary target room program, which is to be considered as the planning basis.
