Description

As part of the redevelopment measures for the "Berne - Historsicher Ortskern" redevelopment area, the existing through road is to be redesigned and repaired. Content of this procedure is the awarding of the general planning services, including the planning of the road construction as well as the sewerage and stormwater drainage systems.
The content of the contract concerns the general planning services, consisting of the traffic facilities (road construction, estimated costs 1,850,000 EUR) and the engineering structures (storm sewers, estimated costs 275,000 EUR; sewers for waste water, estimated costs 385,000 EUR). The commissioning will be carried out in stages and initially only concerns work phases 1-4.the commissioning of the planning services for the road construction and the rainwater sewers will be carried out in the name of the Niedersächsische Landgesellschaft mbH as trustee of the remediation agency on behalf of the municipality of Berne. The commissioning of the planning services for the sewers is carried out in the name and on account of the Oldenburgisch-Ostfriesischer Wasserverband.
