Description

Due to increasing numbers of pupils and new construction areas, the expansion of the school location Bad Vilbel becomes necessary. Therefore, a new primary school (main building) with two and a half lanes and a new single-field sports hall is to be built, the planned primary school is a two-storey building with a partial basement, and the planned single-field sports hall will be built as a single-storey building with no basement.Further information is to be taken from the attachment 01 object description support structure building physics primary school and the attachment 03 object description support structure building physics sports hall A planned variant of the primary school and the sports hall, a channel inventory plan, the change BPlan, a site plan and the standards of the Wetteraukreis for economic building are to be taken from the attachments 20 to 24.
The Wetterau Circle intends to award the specialist planning services of the structural engineering according to Part 4 Sectoral Planning, Section 1: Structural Engineering, in accordance with § 49 ff. HOAI 2013 and the consulting services of the building physics department in accordance with Annex 1 to § 3 Para. 1 HOAI 2013: Consulting services, Item 1.2 Building physics for heat insulation and energy balancing, building acoustics (noise protection) and room acoustics for the construction of a new primary school (main building) and a new single-field sports hall in Bad Vilbel.the aim is to commission a contractor to provide the above-mentioned services for the construction of both buildings. It is not possible within the framework of the award procedure to submit a bid only for individual buildings or individual services; it is planned to commission the above-mentioned services for the respective building (object) in stages. First of all, the assignment of the work phases 1 to 4 (stage A), as well as after clarification of all building law issues (at the latest 2 months after receipt of the building permit), the assignment of the work phases 5 to 6, or 5 to 8 (stage B). By submitting a quotation for the complete scope of services, the contractor does not generate a claim for the commissioning of stage B. The client may order the services of stage B without prior execution of a further award procedure to the contractor, or refrain from a further order without stating reasons.
