Description
Planning services for outdoor facilities including civil engineering and external drainage work - LPH 1-8 according to HOAI 2013Ebendrealschule Mehringstraße 16, 45896 Gelsenkirchen.
The former secondary school at Mehringstraße is being renovated for energy efficiency and converted for use by the Abendrealschule. In the course of the planning and construction management of the civil engineering and road construction work, partial areas of the schoolyard are to be created as a parking lot with approx. 77 parking spaces in close coordination with the other parties involved in the construction, the existing ground pipes are to be renewed and extended by the drainage of the parking lot, if necessary. In addition, some planting and sowing work may have to be carried out.
