The demand for gas transport capacities in Baden-Württemberg is constantly increasing. Therefore terranets bw is planning the construction of the natural gas transport pipeline "Süddeutsche Erdgasleitung" (SEL), which starts north of Mannheim/Ludwigshafen in Hesse near Lampertheim, leads via Heidelberg and Heilbronn, along the Neckar valley, via Göppingen and Heidenheim to Amerdingen in Bavaria This tender refers to the planning approval section III from Siegelsbach near Bad Rappenau to Aichwald near Esslingen (77 km) and approx. 5.7 km afterwards on the planning approval section IV. SEL crosses/touches other infrastructures and topological points with a special challenge (crossings of roads, railways, waterways, steep slopes and parallel guidance with existing structures) at approx. 70 points along this section, hereinafter referred to as "special points". The award is to take place in 2 lots:- Lot 1 from Siegelsbach to Löchgau comprises approx. 38.4 km and 30 special points. The exploration work on this lot is to be carried out in 2 sections: Kirchhausen to Löchgau in 2021 (approx. 24.4 km and 15 special points) and Siegelsbach to Kirchhausen in 2022 (approx. 14.0 km and 15 special points);- Lot 2 from Löchgau to Aichwald comprises approx. 44.3 km and 40 special points. The exploration work on this lot is to be carried out in 2022.
Lot 1 from Siegelsbach to Löchgau comprises approx. 38.4 km and 30 special points. The exploration work on this lot is to be carried out in 2 sections: Kirchhausen to Löchgau in 2021 (approx. 24.4 km and 15 special points) and Siegelsbach to Kirchhausen in 2022 (approx. 14.0 km and 15 special points). Preparation of an exploration concept including time schedule (a draft is to be submitted with the tender) on the basis of a basic concept prepared by the client and planning of the execution;- Obtaining all necessary permits, information from external lines, explosive ordnance investigation;- Execution of the subsoil investigation (distance along the route approx. 200 m and all special points);- Documentation of the exploration incl. preservation of evidence and recording of field damage;- Soil mechanical and chemical analysis of the drilling and groundwater samples;- Preparation of a route report and special reports for the special route points;- All necessary ancillary services incl. project management;- Foundation report for gas pressure regulating station and groups of fittings;- An initial assessment for soil protection is to be prepared on the basis of existing data from the soil assessment. The preparation of this soil protection concept can/should be offered as an option. Lot 2 from Löchgau to Aichwald comprises approx. 44.3 km and 40 special points. The exploration work on this lot is to be carried out in 2022.
