Description

Subject of the invitation to tender are the services for the implementation of the comprehensive contract management for the award package (VP) 5 of the construction project "Dresdner Bahn", which includes the new construction of the S-Bahn line 6035 and the F-Bahn line 6135 in the State of Brandenburg (area from km 14.762 to north of the Berlin outer ring (BAR) approx. km 17.750) as well as the construction services for the integration of the Mahlow curve into the BAR line 6151 (km 27.940). The civil engineering structures EÜ Ziethener Straße, EÜ L76, EÜ Berliner Straße, EÜ Trebbiner Straße, intersection NO-Kurve Gl. 1 and the Mahlow passenger tunnel will be constructed in the course of the BV. In connection with the main construction measures, road construction works and the construction of junctions, access roads, footpaths and cycle paths are to be implemented. Civil engineering/cable laying works, drainage systems, noise protection walls will be realized. The railway facilities are supplemented by other equipment (signalling systems, point heating, telecommunications systems, power supplies, etc.). The two railway lines (urban and intercity) will be equipped with escape routes in the new construction and conversion areas. In the area of Mahlow station, services for the manufacture of railway engineering equipment are being implemented (including services of the trades LST, TK, 30kV, OLA, point heating systems, etc.). In addition, construction work is being carried out (e.g. laying cables, erection/swiveling of track layers, etc.).

Essential trades of VP5:- civil engineering, cable civil engineering (incl. civil engineering (support walls, noise protection walls and passages as well as concrete ballast trough);- structural engineering bridges (construction of F- & S-Bahn overpasses);- superstructure (points and tracks, new construction of S-Bahn line 6035 and F-Bahn line 6135);- Railway technical equipment (S-Bahn power supply systems, OLA, TC, LST-Bahnmark, point heating systems, electrical power systems);- Transformer station retrofitting;- Demolition and clearing services, preparation of BE areas;- Roads, paths, enclosures, stairs, platforms;The VP 5 supplementary management services to be offered includeThe supplementary management services to be offered by VP 5 include the following tasks:- Execution of comprehensive supplementary management with inspection times to be observed in accordance with the DB Netz AG process NEUPP via DB AG's Supplementary Contract Platform, documentation, control, execution of the audits of the Supplements and VOB/B notifications using the VRI-DMS DOXIS document management system and the RiB iTWO IT application, coordination of all parties involved in the audit process, execution of schedule control, schedule tracking, monitoring;- formal audits, audits on the merits and preparation of audit reports on the Contractor's Supplements with the requirements for execution and planning services contained therein and with requirements for construction time issues (incl. the requirements for the construction of the construction site);- the execution of the comprehensive supplementary contract management with audit periods to be complied with in accordance with the process of DB Netz AG, audit of Supplements of the Contractor in accordance with NEUPP via DB AG's Supplementary Contract Platform comparison of the supplementary calculations with the calculation basis of the contractual performance, examination, correction, assessment of the performance approaches - if necessary in coordination with the responsible construction supervision;- schedule analysis of the contractual schedule and continuous recording, documentation, updating of disruptions in the construction process analogous to the construction progress;- holistic examination of asserted supplementary claims in connection with changes in the construction process, incl. the assessment of the claims of the Contractor in the course of the construction period. Examination/assessment of submitted time schedules of the Contractor and preparation of the time schedules of the Principal, drafting of the necessary statements including mathematically comprehensible, monetary evaluation (subject to verification of the amount by the DB AG Purchasing Department);- Documentation, examination, evaluation of claims for damages/contractual penalties, assistance in asserting counterclaims, assistance in structured dispute resolution, assistance in legal disputes regarding supplements.
