Barmbek North is a growing district with an increasing demand for sports and leisure facilities. 2011 - 2017 Barmbek-Nord had a population growth of approx. 10 %. Extensive housing construction is taking place:Due to the abandonment of the church site in the Vogelviertel (elimination of day-care centre, senior citizens' meeting place), there are no open meeting places in the quarter.there is a sports facility in Habichtstraße 14 with a high need for renovation.the existing Grandplatz is no longer up to date, and the changing rooms are no longer usable. The existing clubhouse seems to be too small for the current offers.the user is the SC Urania, a purely voluntary, multi-sector association with 650 members of whom 43% have a migration background.the SC Urania is a base association in the programme "Integration through Sport" (IdS) of the DOSB. It is highly committed to the integration of people with a migration background. Approximately 60 % of the sports activities are currently offered in 7 surrounding locations/school sports halls, and attractive sports rooms and facilities are to be created to meet the growing demand. In particular, it should be possible to expand the range of international women's sports, senior citizens' sports, health sports and rehabilitation sports on offer, and multifunctional rooms should also open up new uses in the neighbourhood. The new space is also intended to support the commitment of the migrant self-organisations (MSOs). Overall, an identity-forming location for the Vogelviertel is to be created. With regard to technical equipment, a cost ceiling of EUR 530,000 for cost group 400 according to DIN 276 is to be observed. The following is to be put out to tender: Basic planning services in the scope of services Technical equipment according to § 55 HOAI 2013 in conjunction with Annex 15 HOAI 2013 for phases 1 to 9. Initially, the basic services of phases 1 to 4 are commissioned in accordance with § 55 HOAI 2013 in conjunction with Annex 14 HOAI 2013. We reserve the right to commission further basic services. If special services are deemed necessary, these must be named separately and the fee charged for them must be stated in the bid (2nd stage).
