Description

For the extension of the delivery room station as well as the removal of the cardiological functional diagnostics, in-house draft plans are already available, fire protection concept and building application are in progress. A funding application will also be submitted by the house.a) Relocation of Cardiological Functional Diagnostics:The rooms of the new ward in the basement of the Yellow House are currently empty. The construction measure can be carried out in the storey without major neighborly impairments. According to DIN VDE 0100-710, the electrical supply AV-, SV-low voltage up to 1 000 V must be adapted to the new requirements. Various low-voltage systems must be added or newly installed: telephone, LAN/WLAN, patient monitoring + telemetry, telecommunications, light call system, door intercom system, connection of partial areas to GLT, escape route lighting, central fire alarm system. In some cases, new route guides are necessary. The ceiling lighting must be replaced (LED). One station entrance has to be relocated. Construction work approx. August 2019 - January 2020;b) Extension of delivery room station: The construction measures for this are to be carried out during ongoing station operation divided into 4 construction phases. The adjacent station operation is maintained and must be disturbed as little as possible. A new section of surgery has to be prepared spatially and technically. A comprehensive fire protection concept must be implemented. In parts of the construction project, an interim emergency surgery is to be performed in one of the delivery rooms. According to DIN VDE 0100-710, the AV and SV low-voltage systems up to 1,000 V must be extended to take account of hazards, as must low-voltage systems (nurse call, trough reflection/telemetry, telephone, camera input control, LAN/WLAN, escape route lighting, partial connection to GLT, central fire alarm system). The ceiling lighting must be switched to LED. Automatic function doors must be installed. New routes for air conditioning and electrics are to be implemented. Construction work approx. February 2020 - July 2021;c) New construction of an Interdisciplinary Admission Station and an interventional neuroradiology unit on the ground floor of the main building, plus relocation of the neighbouring MRT to new rooms in the emergency room:As part of the reorganization of this central area on the ground floor of the main building, secondary uses must be regrouped and located around the area: MVZ Med. supply centre and KÄV Kassenärztl. supply (approx. 55 m2 NF), pharmacy presence camp (approx. 10 m2 NF). The reorganisation of the neighbouring central entrance/patient admission within this framework seems sensible (approx. 150 m2). The extent to which these are to be included in the conversion remains to be clarified. It is planned to apply for subsidies. The design planning is currently taking place in-house. Planned construction: following the other construction measures. All AV and SV supply systems as low-voltage systems up to 1,000 V (general and large equipment supply, lighting) and low-voltage systems are to be newly constructed in accordance with DIN VDE 0100-710 hazard assessment (not exclusively light call, trough reflection/telemetry, telephone, camera input control, LAN/WLAN, escape route lighting, partial connection to GLT, central fire alarm system). It is necessary to dismantle old technical stock. Completely new sub-distributors, routes and supply points must be prepared in the area. The old MRT machine has to be extended, the new one has to be installed at the new location, the new one has to be manufactured, etc. The technical planning TGA (HLSK) is the subject of a separate contract notice.
