Services of the technical building equipment planning according to § 55 HOAI in the plant groups 2 and 8 of the work phases 5, 6, 7 and 8.
The renewal of the building automation in the substations of the buildings of the Westfalen-Kaserne Ahlen is planned. A total of 55 buildings with various types of use (commercial, accommodation, technical, office, training buildings, etc.) are affected by the measure. For the technical building equipment (TGA) of the buildings, a building automation system will be installed in accordance with the central regulation for building automation A-1810/32 (HB GA 4.0). A homogeneous island area will be created. The final construction of this island area amounts to approx. 6,600 data points. The heating distributors in the buildings are currently more than 15 years old and are to be regarded as obsolete in the medium term, therefore the upgrading of the field devices/components (pumps, control valves, dirt traps, GA temperature sensors) is taken into account in this measure.There is no framework contract for the property, therefore the cost calculation is based on the facts and unit prices from the HB GA 4.0.The other services of the GA comprise:- Dismantling of the old switch cabinets- Dismantling of cable systems and laying systems within the technical centers- Dismantling of the field devices- Training for the operating personnel (according to HB GA 4.0)The commissioning is carried out in stages:1st commissioning stage: Service level 22. Details can be found in the contract award document "Draft Contract 060-21-00587".The gradual commissioning or non-commissioning of the further stages does not entitle the contractor to a higher or additional remuneration. There is no legal claim to the options. The performance of the service is to take place directly after the award procedure.
