Award of engineering services for technical equipment in accordance with HOAI §53ff in plant groups 4 to 7 in accordance with § 53 Para. 2 HOAI for the extension of the Marxheim Primary School in Hofheim.
The Main-Taunus district intends to extend the Marxheim primary school in Hofheim by an extension building according to passive house standard, in which a refectory and rooms for afternoon care can be accommodated. The school, which is currently attended by around 155 pupils, is a listed building and was renovated and extended between 2003 and 2005. At present, the school children's house is used as a refectory; there is also an administration building and a school building on the site. Since the existing building of the Marxheim school is a listed building, a structural extension is only possible with the inclusion of the neighbouring and also listed courtyard - which is owned by the district. Due to the high public interest with regard to the planned school extension, a deconstruction of the courtyard is conceivable, provided that the new building respects the existing structures and the design is coordinated with the monument protection authority.Scope of services: Specialist planning services of the technical equipment according to HOAI (2021) §53ff in the plant groups 4 to 7 according to § 53 para. 2 HOAI (2021) as a gradual commissioning.Time frame and construction costs: It is aimed to start the planning immediately after the award procedure (vsl. January 2022). The execution period is planned between autumn 2022 and the end of 2024. The chargeable costs in the cost groups 300 and 400 according to DIN 276:2018-12 amount to approx. 3,230,000 euros. Of these, approx. 1,285,000 euros net are attributable to cost group 400.
