Description

The State Office for Agriculture and the Environment of Central Mecklenburg is planning the construction of an island harbor including various ancillary facilities on the German Baltic Sea coast on the seaward side of the municipality of Ostseebad Prerow on Fischland-Darß-Zingst. The island harbor is to be built as a replacement harbor for the existing port of refuge Darßer Ort.For the implementation of the project "Island harbor Prerow" in June 2022 a general contractor was commissioned with the execution of the outstanding planning services as well as the corresponding construction services.For the upcoming construction phase services of the construction management and construction supervision for the engineering structures are required.
The subject of the negotiated procedure are exclusively the services of the construction management and the local construction supervision for the engineering structures.The engineering structures include:- the island harbor itself,- wave protection structures consisting of embanked breakwaters,- sheet pile boxes for a paved functional area in the southeastern area of the island harbor,- jetties and berths within the island harbor as well as- the new pier to be built including passenger ship jetty and deconstruction of the existing pier.With the exception of the supervision of the wave protection structures consisting of embanked breakwaters, all of the above engineering structures are to be supervised by the subsequent contractor.The tendered services are divided into the following service blocks:- Checking of the execution documents prepared by the general contractor for compliance with the requirements of the construction contract for the objects to be executed and participation in the release of the planning documents and sampling- Partial services of the construction management- On-site construction supervision for engineering structures and production supervision of precast reinforced concrete partsDetails on the procurement process and the general conditions can be found in the service description and the draft contract, which are made available to the applicants online for information purposes, see under I.3..
