Planning services of the object planning according to HOAI part 3, section 1, § 34 buildings and interiors, LPH 1-9
The school association of Großhansdorf plans the fire protection renovation and energetic refurbishment of tower III at the Emil-von-Behring-Gymnasium. The 3-story tower is part of the school and was built in the mid-1970s. The total construction costs of the KG 300 to 400 are estimated at approx. 1.1 million EUR net (plus 19% VAT). For this purpose, planning offices are requested to participate in the competition, which cover the performance profile object planning buildings and interiors according to HOAI, and have realized similar measures with the fee zone III in the past. The service phases 1-9 are to be worked on. The contract will be awarded in stages. The contracting authority reserves the right to award only part of the basic services from the aforementioned service profiles.The following procedure will be carried out:In phase 1, potential applicants will be invited to participate and submit the application for participation with the required evidence.In phase 2, the applications for participation received will be examined and the number of approved applicants will be limited.The applicants in phase 2 will be invited separately to a negotiated procedure.Procedure-related award documents are posted on the e-tendering platform for the procedure at https://www.meinauftrag.rib.de/public/DetailsByPlatformIdAndTenderId/platformId/7/tenderId/121003038.
