The planned construction project "HAR - New construction of multi-family houses with parking spaces in Munich, Harthauser Straße 48" involves the construction of 5 new city villas with a total of approx. 85-90 apartments and underground parking spaces. Along Hermine-Bland-Straße and Harthauser Straße in the east, a street-side building boundary is defined. A building boundary also runs along the rear area. The designated building area is interrupted at the level of Prößlstraße by defined street boundary lines with a cul-de-sac. Harthauser Straße has no separating effect.
