Planning services for the renaturation of watercourses from the scope of services for outdoor facilities according to §§ 38 - 40 and engineering structures according to §§ 41 - 44 HOAI 2021, LPH 1 - 8.landscape conservation plan according to § 26 and § 31 HOAI 2021, LPH 1 - 4.special services
Within the scope of the project "100 Wild Streams for Hesse" of the Hessian Ministry for the Environment, Climate Protection, Agriculture and Consumer Protection, the city of Frankenberg (Eder) and the municipality of Burgwald would like to implement renaturation measures on the Nemphe (watercourse identification number: 428198) in the municipal area of Frankenberg (Eder) and in Burgwald-Bottendorf and on the lower reaches of the Kalten Wasser (watercourse identification number: 4281984) in the municipal area of Frankenberg (Eder).The following services are to be awarded:Planning services for the renaturation of watercourses from the scope of services for outdoor facilities in accordance with §§ 38 - 40 and engineering structures in accordance with §§ 41 - 44 HOAI 2021, LPH 1 - 8.Landscape conservation plan according to § 26 and § 31 HOAI 2021, LPH 1 - 4, for 9,4ha.Special services:- Local construction supervision (engineering structures)- UVP-VP (notification sheet)- FFH-VP (notification sheet)- Preparation of a 2D-HN-model- Construction surveying according to No. 1.4.5 ff. Supplementary surveying services (20 hours surveying team, lump sum)The objective is to implement the creation of linear continuity as well as measures for the development of near-natural watercourse banks and floodplain structures, taking into account the local conditions, in order to achieve the requirements of the Water Framework Directive (WFD). It is planned to restructure the existing watercourse profile inside and outside the towns of Frankenberg (Eder) and Burgwald/Bottendorf by removing local culverts, widening and flattening the banks, creating a near-natural river bed and installing structural elements and removing obstacles to migration in a near-natural manner.Estimated chargeable costs:Service profile outdoor facilities according to §§ 38 - 40: 1.901.500,00 € netService profile civil engineering according to §§ 41 - 44 HOAI: 1.180.000,00 € net
