The Asklepios Klinikum Harburg in Hamburg intends to build a new building, which will be located on the hospital grounds, parcel 3552 between the buildings 8, 9 & 12 and will be connected to the Denickestraße.In the new building the following functions will be accommodated:Basement: laundry, storage, technology Ground floor: 1 residential unit, day clinic and functional rooms 1st floor: 2 residential units The total area to be worked on the project new building parent-child unit, amounts to approx. 3,309 m² GFA.With the construction of the new building - mother-child unit - a connection to the Denickestraße will be established. The total area of the project new building parent-child-unit, to be worked on, amounts to approx. 3.309 m ² BGF.With the establishment of the new building - mother-child-unit - 30 stationary and 10 partial stationary treatment places for treatment-needy parents with treatment-needy children are to be created.The concept of the therapy ward is based on the close cooperation between the Department of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, Psychotherapy and Psychosomatics and the Department of Adult Psychiatry, Psychotherapy and Psychosomatics (Centre for Mental Health), which has grown over the years and is being further deepened by past projects.Four wards with space for 5 small families each are to be built.Two wards for mothers / fathers with children aged 0 to 6 years.One ward for mothers / fathers with children aged 7-12 years and one day ward for 5 small families.
Subject of the procurement are services of the object planning (building) for the above mentioned realization (see II.1.4)). Essential parts of the basic services of the service phases 5-8 according to §§ 8, 34, appendix 10.1 HOAI 2021 will be commissioned.The scope of services to be rendered can be taken in detail from the tender documents.The realisation is expected to take place as follows:Implementation planning: May 2022 to September 2022; tendering, awarding: September 2022 to March 2023; execution: March 2023 to March 2024.
