Object planning buildingThe city of Leipzig plans on the property Poetenweg 24, 04155 Leipzig, Flst. 10/1, 10/4, 426/2, Gemarkung Gohlis as well as partly neighboring property Flurstück 9, Gemarkung Gohlis the establishment of a day care center including the necessary open space for 105 children.Characterized by the urbanistic and architecturally high-quality surroundings, such as the Gohliser Schlößchen, but also the closed perimeter block development from the beginning of the last century, an adequate building structure is to be developed for use as a day care center in coordination with the city planning and the Office for the Protection of Historical Monuments.The building to be planned can be arranged both as a solitaire on the property or as an extension to the existing fire wall of the neighboring building, in order to continue the perimeter development.The basis for the concrete design planning are the structural standards for day care centers based on the model program for 105 places (75 kindergarten / 30 crèche children). The new day care center to be built will be located in the district of Gohlis-Süd, Stadtbezirk Nord, and is to be operated as an integrative facility. 10 m² of open space per child is to be provided on the neighboring property (parcel 9, district of Gohlis) in addition to the property in question (parcels 10/1, 10/4, 426/2, district of Gohlis). In all planning variants for the new construction of a daycare center on the above-mentioned property, interventions in the tree population are necessary. With the 2-stage VgV procedure an architect's office is looked for, for the object planning building HOAI §34, LPH 1-4 and production of a performance specification with performance program under incorporation of the contributions of the specialized engineers for a planned GU assignment. In the event that the client changes the form of awarding the contract and invites tenders on a trade-by-trade basis, also LPH 5-9. For further special services and details, please refer to the invitation to tender. The contract will be awarded in stages, initially as a lump sum only for service phases 1-4 HOAI as a fixed price.Note on the formal 2-stage VgV procedure:1st stage of the procedure:Competitive bidding / submission of the mandatory participation application and the required evidence, minimum conditions must be met.2nd stage of the procedure:Invitation of at least 3 participants to participate.Invitation to a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 6 applicants to submit a bid and develop a concept idea.All other requirements, see invitation to tender for the VgV procedure.Start of planning: 01/ 2023, submission of building application: 01/ 2024, start of construction: 05/ 2024, completion: 05/ 2025With publication of this invitation to tender on evergabe, the documents for the 1st stage of the procedure are deposited and made available for download. The documents for the 2nd stage (with the exception of the invitation to tender) will only be integrated into the award documents on evergabe and made available for download once the selected applicants have been invited.
