Description
Construction of a new police operations centre to house the control centre workstations and their surrounding infrastructure. The building is to develop over 5 floors to a gross floor area of approx. 7 000 m2. A basement floor for car parking and accommodation of technical building equipment is also possible. The control centre room with approx. 1,000 m2 gross floor area and the training room with approx. 400 m2 gross floor area are characterised by the absence of columns and a clear room height of at least 5.50 m. The requirements of a security concept must be included in the planning.
