Description

The LGS gGmbH is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the City of Papenburg and has been entrusted with the task of creating a new and attractive tourist offer with the Maritime Experience World. The aim of the Maritime Experience World is to make the special history of the town of Papenburg as a maritime trade and shipyard location tangible and tangible for citizens and visitors. An essential part of the Maritime Experience World is the listed building "Zeitspeicher" at the Forum Alte Werft in Papenburg. In the Zeitspeicher, an entrance to the Maritime Experience World is to be created in the course of the Maritime Experience World, as well as the discovery shipyard for the Maritime Experience World on the 1st and 2nd floors. For this, the Zeitspeicher has to be converted and extended. The object planning services of work phases 1 to 5 for this are already available. The object of the present contract award are the object planning services of work phases 6 to 9.
The object planning services for buildings according to §§ 33 ff. HOAI are to be awarded. The subject of the present contract to be awarded are work phases 6 (preparation for award of contract) to 9 (site supervision and documentation). The object planning contract attached to the award documents is to be concluded between the LGS gGmbH and the contractor.
