Description

The state capital of Stuttgart is planning the comprehensive modernization of the Schickhardt Schools building, including the connecting walkway. The Schickhardt technical class building (building permit 1962) is a three-story building with a basement and a solid construction.The ground floor houses physics and chemistry rooms as well as the fine arts. On the 1st floor there are biology classes. On the 2nd floor there is an assembly hall and music rooms. The specialist rooms are to be optimized within the framework of modernization while retaining their number and use.
- Building planning according to HOAI Part 3 Section 1, § 34 Leistungsbild Architektenleistungen, Leistungsphasen 1-9,- inventory - creation of digital plan bases on the basis of as-built plans (pdfs)- implementation and documentation according to NBBW,- fire protection concept,- special service of the object support (LPH 9) - monitoring of the defect removal within the limitation period..The commissioning takes place depending on the project approval within the framework of call-off contracts. The contractor is obliged to take over the services if the project is realized. The client intends to commission the services in stages. There is no legal claim to the transfer of all service stages.
