Description

On behalf of the Federal Republic of Germany, Wismut GmbH rehabilitates the legacies of the uranium ore mining industry and the uranium ore processing of SDAG Wismut in Thuringia and Saxony. the storage of the industrial tailings ponds (IAA) in the Ronneburg redevelopment area is carried out in accordance with the variant of in-situ storage justified by Wismut and approved by the expert of the BMU with technical partial drainage in the main steps of free water lowering, intermediate covering, contouring, final covering and receiving water connection. The IAA Culmitzsch is located in Seelingstädt with its immediate environs and is currently in the process of being commissioned by WISMUT to redevelop the IAA Culmitzsch. The storage steps of the open water lowering and intermediate covering in the two basins A and B of the IAA have already been completed. All current measures are supported by corresponding planning and covered by licensing law in the mining, radiation protection and water legislation. One of the stipulations under licensing law laid down by TLUBN (formerly TLBA) is the complete dismantling of the locomotive slagheap on the eastern edge of the IAA Culmitzsch.In all previous plans for the contouring, end coverage and receiving water connection of the IAA Culmitzsch, adaptation measures of the then rehabilitated Culmitzsch tailings pond to the eastern hinterland, in particular to the exposed tailings pile contact area of the locomotive slagheap, have not been included in the plans for the adaptation of the terrain in a specified corridor between the eastern planning boundary of the IAA Culmitzsch end coverage and the exposed western tailings pile contact area of the locomotive slagheap, including the necessary infrastructure and media relocation.Conditions for a subsequent offer and the contractual implementation:- basic services of the scope of services engineering structures (§ 43 HOAI) fee zone III, with chargeable costs after cost estimate EUR 3,000,000; service phases 1-4, optionally in stages service phases 5-9;- basic services of the scope of services technical equipment (§ 55 HOAI) fee zone II, with chargeable costs after cost estimate EUR 1,000,000; service phases 1-4, optionally in stages service phases 5-9;- basic services of the service phase 7 are to be provided only in part (see attached documents).For applicants domiciled in Germany: Bidders may change the fee rates provided for in the HOAI for the respective service phases with appropriate justification. The minimum fee rates may only be undercut in exceptional cases (§ 7 (3) HOAI) and must be justified by the Bidder in the Offer. Unconditional price reductions which result in the minimum rates being undercut (§ 7 para. (1) HOAI) are inadmissible. All applicants: The award documents for the 2nd stage of the procedure with evaluation matrix as well as detailed performance description will only be sent to the selected applicants with the invitation to tender.
