According to the legal requirement of the federal government for the introduction of the electronic file in court rooms, the courts in Schleswig-Holstein must be re-equipped.28 properties are affected in total within the framework of the major project.The properties were divided into different planning packages and lots.A first planning package with 36 negotiation rooms has already been put out to tender and is currently being awarded.In this second planning package, the planning for the conversion of 7 further properties with a total of 49 negotiation rooms, which are located in different branches of the court, is being put out to tender.The work must be carried out during ongoing court operations. The negotiation rooms will be equipped with an ergonomic media control system, and it is currently assumed that the processing of the total of 7 properties will only be required at the Kiel Regional Court for the groups of facilities in question. 24 negotiation rooms will be provided at the Kiel Regional Court. In order to ensure a uniform structure in all negotiation areas in Schleswig-Holstein, a global concept has been developed by a media planning office that defines a standard of media technology in an exemplary negotiation area (e.g. which minimum requirements must be met). This concept has to be adapted to the respective conditions on site per negotiation room and coordinated with the user and the client. Furthermore, the data network structure at the Kiel Regional Court has to be adapted to the latest CAT7 requirements. Adjustments to technical rooms and if necessary Wachtmeisterei or extensions of the CAT7 wiring must be considered in the further planning for the individual properties and coordinated with the respective users and clients. The LG Kiel is under monument protection. The following aspects, among others, must be considered when installing the media technology in the negotiation rooms:- Planning of the judges' tables on the basis of the furniture system/ergometry already developed- Design of the lighting, also taking into account anti-glare/sun protection systems- Consideration of the room acoustics- Accessibility with regard to visual, hearing and walking impediments- If necessary, the following aspects must be considered Planning and integration of a ventilation conceptIn this award procedure, planning offices with experience from similar measures, such as court construction or media control systems, among other things also in the area of listed building permits, ideally with a focus on media technology, are requested to participate in the competition. The customer reserves the right to have services in the area of data networks performed by a separate organizational unit. The services to be rendered require experience in dealing with public construction, e.g. planning in accordance with official requirements, monument protection issues, the preparation of financial documents that can be approved and the processing of invoices and supplements from the executing companies in accordance with the administrative regulations of the state.
