Description

Construction phase 1: Upgrading of the transfer station Ü 2 17676

As the basis for the power supply on campus, the medium-voltage transfer station at the Charité Campus Mitte, Ü 2 17676, in building 2713 has to be upgraded from a transfer capacity of currently approx. 10.8 MVA to a transfer capacity of approx. 13.5 MVA ELT in order to connect it to the power grid in Berlin.

Construction phase 2: CCM. Structure MS Central 40 (Ostring) An additional medium voltage ring structure (Subring or Ostring 40) for the AV and SV power supply must be installed. Another medium voltage ring AV and SV has to be technically adapted.

Section 3: CCM. Due to the extensive digitalisation in the health care sector, the secure provision of personal data (digital patient files) in hospital operations, for the operating theatre, etc., a new medical computer centre has to be set up on Campus Mitte. To this end, a secure central power supply for the computer centre in accordance with DIN VDE 0558-507:2008-12 must also be set up as a medical device, which must be accompanied by a restructuring of the existing medium-voltage emergency power supply. In addition, the performance of the redundant emergency medium-voltage power supply 10kV must be increased for the new medical computer centre. For this purpose, the existing medium-voltage generators must be replaced from the current 850 kVA to 1 250 kVA medium-voltage generators.

The power will be invoiced on the basis of the HOAI (2013) using preliminary costs of the measure amounting to EUR 5 300 000.00 (gross) for the overall measure, incl. the cost of the installation. A provision for unforeseen services or costs (UV) in the amount of 10%. The services put out to tender are awarded jointly to a bidder or a bidding consortium; the sole contracting party in the case of a contract is the bidder or the bidding consortium. The contractual partner shall be responsible for coordinating the services without separate remuneration unless agreements have been made to this effect within the framework of awarding the contract.
