Planning services of the technical equipment HLS are required for the plant groups 1-3, 7+8 according to § 53 HOAI for the new construction of a building with a nursing home for the elderly and a 3-group day care centre in Ottweiler. Work phases 1 to 4 have already been completed. The building application documents have already been submitted. the present contract covers exclusively the basic services of the plant groups 1. waste water, water or gas plants, 2. heat supply plants, 3. air-technical plants, 7. user-specific plants and 8. building automation. The scope of services in the individual plant groups is determined within the framework of the project The present order comprises the basic services of the above-mentioned planning services of the technical equipment of the following work phases in accordance with § 55 HOAI:- phase 5: implementation planning,- phase 6: preparation of the award of contract,- phase 7: participation in the award of contract,- phase 8: object supervision - construction supervision and documentationThere is no legal claim on the part of the contractor to the commissioning of further work phases. For the construction project, planning services have already been provided for object planning up to work phase 4, structural design up to work phase 4 and technical equipment up to work phase 3. In addition, a subsoil expertise and a heat insulation certificate are already available. The complete documents (site plan, floor plans of the technical equipment HLS, heat insulation certificate EnEV and general schedule) will be sent to the applicants on request. During the application phase, in addition to the documents to be requested, the present announcement and the forms provided on subreport are available. Double applications within the scope of this invitation to tender for the contract to be awarded for the planning services of the technical equipment HLS for plant groups 1-3, 7+8 are not permitted. Multiple applications within the scope of this invitation to tender by individual candidates or individual members of a bidding consortium may lead to the exclusion of all tenders concerned if the candidate, the bidding consortium or the competing member companies or bidding consortia concerned are unable to prove that the tenders in question were prepared completely independently of one another.in the case of the tender procedure described under II.1.5) is the estimated total investment cost (KG 200 -600 according to DIN 276) net without planning/construction costs.parallel to the present invitation to tender, the following services will be put out to tender throughout the EU:- Services of object planning: Lph 5-8 according to § 34 HOAI,- Services of structural design: Lph 5-6 according to § 51 HOAI,- Services of technical equipment planning: ELT Lph 5-8 according to § 55 HOAI.
