Description

The city of Rüsselheim is planning the renovation and conversion of the Parkschule, Frankfurter Straße 54 in Rüsselsheim am Main, into a primary school, which consists of several building sections with different construction dates. The main building and the gymnasium from 1916, the extension from 1963 and the canteen from 2007.the school is currently still used as a secondary school. in the afternoon from about 13-18 o'clock is an external Greek school with 2 classes in the extension. Starting from the school year 2021/2022 the use as main and secondary school will be discontinued. The park school is to be rebuilt and renovated in sections, and from the 2024/2025 school year it is to be used as a newly founded primary school. 2 to 3 first classes are to move into the main building to be renovated in the summer of 2022 and in the following years the other classes. The exact occupancy plan and the occupancy dates depend on the outstanding reconstruction and renovation work.3.5 The school will be laid out quickly.the entire school is to be planned barrier-free. The issue of inclusion is to be considered just as sensibly.fire protection is to be provided in all parts of the building.the main building and the gymnasium are classified as individual cultural monuments. The entire area is also listed as part of the "fortress complex", and there is a renovation backlog in all parts of the building. A two-stage negotiation procedure with a competition according to VgV is carried out under the conditions stated in the publication and the participation documents.
