Sectoral planning Structural design according to § 51 HOAI, Lph 1-9 and other special services, step-by-step commissioning.
The city of Heide in the district of Dithmarschen is planning the new construction of the Heide-Ost school centre in 25746 Heide, Friedrich-Elvers-Str. 7. The existing Heide-Ost school centre was built from 1971 in approx. 6 construction phases and is to be demolished after completion of the new building.the following parameters apply to the overall design:total area of 12,000 sqm, incl. preparation of the room program of 15.1.2020, with renewed examination of the classroom size.Total costs according to a rough cost estimate of 59 500.00 EUR (gross) for room capacities for up to 1 500 pupils are to be significantly reduced; for this purpose, savings proposals are to be worked out in LPH 2 Modular expandability for up to 300 pupilsCost estimate according to DIN 276An alternative variant to the Heide-Ost School Centre is to be worked out in the draft up to LPH 2, in which the grammar school and the community school, optionally also the VHS are accommodated in one building.Examination up to LPH 2, whether the cultural forum in the existing building and the extension, 6 classrooms in timber-frame construction can be maintained from a constructional and physical point of view The preparation of an energy concept for the project should serve both with regard to building insulation and the use of renewable energy sources for the acquisition of subsidies.Within the framework of the overall measure, applications for federal and state subsidy programmes to be specified in the future are to be made after the cost estimate is available. The construction costs of KG 300 were estimated with a volume of max. 27 910 836.00 EUR net. The costs for the technical equipment amount to a maximum of EUR 8 483 727. The above-mentioned construction costs are to be understood as upper limits to which the design has to be oriented in all project stages. For this purpose, planning offices which cover the service profile of specialist planning of structural design and have implemented similar measures in the past are invited to participate in the competition. Work phases 1-6 in the service profile according to § 51 HOAI as well as other special services are to be processed. The assignment will be carried out step by step and special attention should be paid to the selection of references: Services according to § 51 HOAI Specialist planning Structural design (minimum requirement for the reference). In addition to (selection criteria): non-residential buildings which have been completed in the last 10 years (from 2010, LPH 8 completed), buildings of comparable complexity/fee zone, similar scope of work and contract value, buildings for a public client. The above points do not represent minimum requirements for references, but serve to limit the number of suitable candidates in the overall assessment of the selection criteria.
