The city of Lahr is planning the renewal of the development of the industrial area Rheinstraße Nord. In addition to the necessary road construction measures, the existing combined sewerage system is to be replaced by a separation system with the aim of awarding the following engineering services:- Project planning of engineering structures (§ 43 HOAI) LPH 1-9;- Project planning of traffic facilities, road traffic facilities according to (§ 45 and § 47 HOAI), LPH 1-9.
The city of Lahr, represented by the city building authority, department of civil engineering, plans the renewal of the development of the industrial area Rheinstraße Nord. The industrial park Rheinstraße Nord, northern part consists of the following streets:- Rainer-Haungs-Straße;- Fritz-Rinderspacher-Straße;- Rainer-Haungs-Straße (connection Rainer-Haungs-Straße to Fritz-Rinderspacher-Straße);- David-Schieni-Straße.The object of the services tendered here is Rainer-Haungs-Straße and David-Schieni-Straße.Road construction:Rainer-Haungs-Straße is to be fully developed. Excepted from this is the fine asphalt surface in the roadway, which is not being carried out. Furthermore, the eastern section of David-Schieni-Straße (approx. 120 m from Rainer-Haungs-Straße) is to be fully extended. In this section of David-Schieni-Strasse, including a fine asphalt surface. Sewer construction: The sewer is to be re-laid in Rainer-Haungs-Strasse and in the western section of David-Schieni-Strasse in a separation system (rainwater and wastewater). In the western section of David-Schieni-Straße (from Rainer-Haungs-Straße), the road surface is only to be opened and closed again for sewer construction. In this section of David-Schieni-Straße, no full road construction will be carried out. Characteristic values:- Completion of design planning: end of February 2021;- Publication of tender: beginning of April 2021;- Start of construction: beginning of June 2021;- Overall completion: end of 2022.
