Planning services of the object planning for the project old building renovation and extension of the school campus Staatliche Gemeinschaftsschule "Jospeh Meyer", An der Schule 2, 96524 Föritztal OT Neuhaus-Schierschnitz:Task definition - Services of the object planning building HOAI § 34; fire protection certificate; noise protection certificate; SIGEKO; subsoil expertise; surveyingThe administrative district Sonneberg intends the renovation of a former school building in the district of Sonneberg. The currently used school building (single monument) contains 8 classrooms (not part of this planning), with the construction measure probably 17 further classrooms (multipurpose rooms/classrooms/cabinets), the corresponding preparation rooms, a teachers' room as well as the necessary sanitary and building services rooms for a 2 room community school. In the extension building there are basically 12 classrooms and in the former school building ("old brick school") 5 classrooms and a teachers' room.gross floor area (GFA):- former school building ("old brick school") (renovation) 1 062 m2,- extension building (new building) approx. 1 758 m2,- the cost framework for the KG 200-700 is 6 000 000 EUR (gross).sustainable building is to be guaranteed by minimising the consumption of energy and resources. The aim is to optimise all factors influencing the life cycle: from the extraction of raw materials to construction and deconstruction.the accessibility of the building must be guaranteed.the school campus is located in a development plan area. In the immediate vicinity there are 2 individual monuments (school building, fire brigade building).the start of use is to take place with the 2022/23 school year.the highest demands are placed on the planning with regard to functionality, design and economy. The district of Sonneberg cooperates with the municipality of Föritztal and has concluded a cooperation agreement to this end, using subsidies from the federal/state programme for urban development. The urban development guidelines of the Free State of Thuringia must be observed during project implementation.
