Description

The German Aerospace Center (DLR) is planning to build a new office and laboratory building at its Braunschweig site to accommodate the staff of the site management, the works council, the technology marketing and programme management, the administrative (AI) and technical infrastructure (TI) and the DLR facility "Simulation and Software Technology" (SC). In particular, this institute is regarded as the figurehead for the new building complex. The new building is intended to be a future-oriented, sustainable office and laboratory building for a demand-oriented and economic use for the employees - it forms the centre of the location in the relationship between the neighbouring institutes. The space programme for the NUF 1 to 6 comprises 4 226 m2 for the total number of 172 employees (119 employees from the administration, 53 employees from SC incl. laboratory). The upper limit of the manufacturing costs n. DIN 276 is around EUR 8.3 million.The feasibility study shows the previous investigation of the construction site for the new building and is only intended as a guide. As a preliminary measure, the demolition of the existing building and, in the meantime, a container facility for the employees concerned must be applied for and erected. The scarce building site offers only limited possibilities for an area-wide expansion - a compact and flexible organisation of the required space programme must therefore be implemented.
Object planning according to part 3 section 1 § 34 of the HOAI: Buildings and interiors work phases 2-9. The order is placed in stages. The client reserves the right to withhold small fee deductions for services which he/she provides himself/herself, especially in the area of awarding contracts. Specialist engineering services in accordance with Part 4 Section 2 § 55 HOAI for work phases 2-9 for the following groups of facilities:AG 1=Waste water, water and gas facilities,AG 2=Heat supply facilities,AG 3=Air-conditioning facilities,AG 8=Building automation.the client reserves the right to withhold small fee deductions for services that he provides himself, especially in the area of awarding contracts. Specialist engineering services in accordance with Part 4 Section 2 § 55 HOAI for the following groups of facilities:AG 4 = Heavy current facilities,AG 5 = Telecommunications and information technology,AG 6 = Conveyor systems.the client reserves the right to withhold small fee deductions for services that he provides himself, especially in the area of awarding contracts. Structural design according to part 4 section 1 § 51 HOAI and building physics according to part 5 annex 1, point 1.2 HOAI with thermal insulation and energy consulting. The client reserves the right to withhold small fee deductions for services which he himself provides, especially in the area of awarding contracts.
