The AG intends to carry out measures on school buildings in Duisburg under the titles "Gute Schule 2020" and "KIDU Schule". These measures range from the refurbishment of toilet facilities to the renovation of interiors, energy-efficient refurbishments and expansion and replacement buildings.the overall measures are implemented under NRW.BANK's "Gute Schule 2020" loan programme and the "KIDU Schule" development programme under the KInvFG (Chapter 2).Within the framework of the overall measure at the Lauenburger Allee Community Primary School and Großenbaumer Allee Community Primary School, the working group intends to replace the supply and, if necessary, disposal pipes and the sanitary equipment in the wet and toilet areas, including adaptation to the requirements for compliance with the accessibility guidelines. Furthermore, the adaptation of the drinking water network including the renewal of sanitary equipment is planned. The adaptation of the supply and disposal media to the new furnishing plan of the NW specialist rooms is also planned. The AG also intends to replace the supply and, if necessary, disposal pipes as well as the sanitary equipment in the wet and toilet areas, including adaptation to the requirements for barrier-free access, as part of the overall measure for the Buchholzer Waldschule special school, the AG is planning the renovation of the roof and window areas. An adaptation of individual drinking water tapping points according to the German Drinking Water Ordinance (TrinkwV) and an adaptation of individual heating surfaces including hydraulic balancing should also be carried out. In addition, the Bucholzer Waldschule special school also plans to replace the supply and, if necessary, disposal pipes as well as the sanitary equipment in the wet and toilet areas, including adaptation to the specifications for compliance with accessibility requirements.the chargeable costs for the KGR 400 amount to approx. EUR 1,780,000 net.
