Planning services of the specialist planning of technical equipment according to HOAI part 4, section 2, § 55 Technical equipment, plant groups 1 to 5, phases 1-9.
The Eider-Treene-School Friedrichstadt is the branch of the Eider-Treene-School in Tönning. At the school location Friedrichstadt approx. 331 pupils* attend the school. The city of Toenning plans the extension of the existing Eider-Treene-School to create additional rooms for differentiated teaching, rooms for parent meetings, special school work and school social work in an annex. For this purpose, planning offices are invited to participate in the competition, which cover the scope of services of technical equipment planning in accordance with HOAI plant groups 1 to 5 and have implemented similar measures in the past. The work phases 1-9 are to be processed. The assignment will be carried out in stages. The client reserves the right to award only a part of the basic services from the above-mentioned service profiles.the following procedure will be carried out:In phase 1, potential applicants will be invited to participate and submit the application for participation with the required evidence.in phase 2, the applications for participation received will be examined and the number of approved applicants will be limited.In phase 2, the applicants of phase 2 will be invited separately to a negotiated procedure.the award of the planning services according to HOAI will be carried out in stages.the total construction costs of the KG 200 to 700 are estimated at approx. 4.1 million EUR net plus VAT.process-related award documents are posted on the e-tender platform for the procedure at http://www.e-vergabe-sh.de/vergabeplattform/bekanntmachungen/.
