Project management services according to Par. 2 AHO for project stages IIb - V in the project new school campus Eduard-Spranger-Straße.
The existing primary and secondary school including the municipal kindergarten on the parcels with the land numbers 1552/41 and 1552/50 in the city district 24 (Feldmoching-Hasenbergl) will be relocated and demolished. A primary and secondary school with a special education support centre (SFZ) and the associated sports halls, canteen and underground car park as well as a house for children including caretaker apartments are being newly built. The demolition of the existing secondary school and the associated sports hall was brought forward due to pollutant loads and is already taking place. 2 construction phases are being carried out with the 3 northern buildings in the first and the 2 southern buildings in the second construction phase. 30,000 m2/BRI approx. 110,000 m³.the construction project is essentially divided into 2 measures, with the respective demolition measures in advance:1. construction phase: completion by presumably 08/2024:- 6-part secondary school;- special education support center (SFZ);- sports and supply area (2-part sports hall, 3-part sports hall, cafeteria with supply kitchen for primary, secondary school and SFZ);- underground garage for approx. 50 parking spaces.2Construction phase: Completion until presumably 06/2027:- 5-part elementary school;- day-care centre (3 crèche and 4 kindergarten groups).
