New construction of residential courtyards former Prince Leopold Barracks.
The Stadtbau-GmbH Regensburg intends to build 3 new residential courtyards with approx. 500 apartments on the site of the former Prince Leopold Barracks.370 The apartments are to be realised as income-oriented subsidy (EOF) according to the requirements of the housing subsidy regulations WFB 2012. For the planning and realisation of the measure "New residential courtyards - former Prince Leopold Barracks", the services object planning for buildings and outdoor facilities, LPH 2-9 in accordance with the performance profile §§ 34/39 HOAI with a VgV procedure with solution proposal are put out to tender. The subject of the competition was the development of an urban and landscape planning concept for the competition area. the winner of the competition was the design of the working group ISSS research | architecture | urbanism, Berlin with bauchplan).(, landscape architects and urban planners, Munich.On the part of the urban planning office of the city of Regensburg, a draft of the "Development Plan No. 277 Former Prinz Leopold Barracks and Adjoining Areas (Sub-area 1)" was prepared on the basis of the draft of ISSS/bauchplan.the residential courtyards or plots of land concerned by the subject of the contract are designated MU2, MU4 and MU9.the awarding authority refers to the procedural guidelines for further information.
