Planning services for the extension (construction and extension) of the ward block for the integration of obstetric, gynaecological and internal medicine wards as well as for the inclusion of internal medicine service, outpatient and functional areas at St. Agnes Hospital Bocholt; object planning (cf. §§ 3, 34 in conjunction with Annex 10 HOAI)The space available on the 2nd floor is not sufficient for the extension of the gynaecological-obstetric clinic. In addition, the range of internal medical services at this location must be expanded. In addition to conversions in the existing building structure, an extension and an extension to the ward block are therefore necessary to create additional space for the most urgent tasks. The extension is connected to the existing infrastructure via the wards on the individual floors from the 1st floor to the 3rd floor. The extension can be directly connected to the central traffic core. In addition, the ground floor is to be equipped with a catering service for staff, patients and visitors. The new >double rooms for patients on the 1st and 3rd floors as well as functional rooms (e.g. day care dementia concept/multifunctional room/oncological centre) are to be allocated to internal medicine.) On the 2nd floor, the patient double room and function rooms and a Young Family recreation area with outdoor area will be added. The existing ward is to be modernised for the mother-child centre. 4th floor will see an extension of the existing building for the internal medicine functional area and clinical doctor service including specialist outpatient department and endoscopic intervention area with direct connection to the traffic junction. In order to create the second structurally necessary escape route, the area will be connected to the new staircase of the extension. The extension will displace the single-storey reception area of the paediatric centre on the ground floor. The preparation for this area is not yet completed. The building will be erected using conventional construction methods using reinforced concrete and masonry. The façade is to be adapted to the existing building with the locally typical clinkering. The building services heating/sanitary/ventilation/electric can be connected to the existing installations. For the planned extension or conversion measures, planning services of the work phases 1-8/9 according to HOAI are generally required or, if necessary, already existing planning results are to be checked and finalised. As the realisation of the above mentioned construction phases requires the granting of public subsidies, the commissioning of the planning services is always optional and in stages according to the corresponding requirements and subject to the allocation of subsidies. The awarding authority expressly reserves the right to cancel the invitation to tender in the event that no subsidies are allocated for the project.
