Planning services Object planning see § 34 HOAI 2013The assignment of the planning services is carried out individually in 5 project stages.project stage 1: Draft planning(HOAI- work phase 3)project stage 2: Approval and implementation planning(HOAI- work phase 4 and 5)project stage 3: Preparation of the assignment, participation in the assignment(HOAI- work phases 6 and 7)project stage 4: Object supervision, documentation(HOAI- work phase 8)Project stage 1 is assigned with the conclusion of the contract. For the further project stages there is a call option in favour of the client. The Contractor shall not be entitled to call for further project stages.details of the object of performance can be found in the award documents (see Item I.3).the planning service is based on the planning of HOAI service phases 1 and 2 performed to date. The future contractor must check the available planning results at the beginning of project stage 1 and adapt and complete them to the extent that they provide a sufficient planning basis for the further planning to be prepared by him. The contractor has to adopt the previous planning after adaptation and completion just like his own planning.
